A screenshot can help if you’d like to attach one, but it isn’t required. We will never ask for passwords or payment card details. Please don’t send them.
Before you clear data or reinstall
Toywick keeps your progress only on your device. There is no account and no server copy, so uninstalling the game or clearing its storage erases your progress for good, and we cannot restore it. If you are trying to fix a problem, please email us first.
